Getting started

After registering, you have a 30-day free trial with full access to the platform. Create your first menu from the Dashboard, customize its appearance, then generate QR codes from the QR section and export a print-ready PDF.

Changing or cancelling your subscription

Go to Settings → Subscription in the dashboard to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. If you need help with a billing issue, email hello@cocuylabs.xyz with your account email and a description of the problem.

Resetting your password

Click Forgot password on the login page and we will send a reset link to your registered email address. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

QR codes not working

Waitless QR codes use stable slot numbers — they do not change when you rename tables or reorganize your floor plan. If a QR code stops working, verify that the corresponding station is still active in Dashboard → QR → Table QR Codes. If the issue persists, contact support with your account email and the affected table name.

Menu not visible to customers

Make sure your menu is published (not in draft mode) and that it is linked to an active venue. You can preview the customer view directly from the menu builder. If changes are not appearing, try clearing your browser cache or waiting up to 60 seconds for the CDN to refresh.

Requesting data deletion or account export

You have the right to request a copy of your data or its deletion under Chilean Law No. 19.628. Send your request to hello@cocuylabs.xyz from the email address associated with your account. We will respond within 15 business days.
