Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal

  • You have the right to request a full refund within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase, without the need to state a reason.
  • To request a refund, contact us at support@waitless.tech within the 10-day period.
  • Upon a valid refund request, we will process the refund within 30 calendar days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • After the 10-day refund window, refunds may be granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Content and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of all content you upload to Waitless.
  • You grant us a license to use your content to provide our services.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any content you upload.
  • We respect intellectual property rights and expect you to do the same.

Limitation of Liability

  • Waitless is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
  • You may cancel your account at any time.
  • Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked.
  • Any data associated with your account will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Bajadoz 100, Santiago, Chile.
